Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
Build and maintain data warehouses and data models for analytics and reporting
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across platforms
Develop solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power Apps)
Automate workflows and integrate data sources to streamline business processes
Customize M365 applications to meet specific business needs
Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making
Translate business requirements into technical solutions using BI tools
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and data owners to understand requirements
Integrate data from ERP and other enterprise systems into centralized reporting platforms
Maintain documentation for data models, reports, and M365 solutions
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in data engineering, analytics, and BI development
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools
Expertise in Microsoft 365 development (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint)
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, Dataverse, SQL Server)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, or Microsoft 365 development are a plus
Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office and AS400 systems preferred
