Handle complex civil litigation matters with increasing independence and responsibility
Develop advanced legal research abilities and draft compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Learn to take and defend depositions with strategic focus and growing confidence
Represent clients in state and federal courts while building courtroom skills
Build strong client relationships through direct communication and case management
Gain comprehensive trial preparation experience with attention to strategic detail
Develop advocacy skills in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
Build courtroom expertise through regular motion practice and actual trial opportunities
Master Illinois civil procedure to maximize client advantages
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of civil litigation experience with a desire for continued growth
Strong foundation in legal research, writing, and developing oral advocacy skills
Interest in mastering Illinois civil procedure and strategic case development
Some experience with depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
Detail-oriented approach to case management with the ability to handle multiple matters
Team player mentality with strong collaboration skills
