Responsibilities
Meets with project team to identify work activities and their flow
Develops the critical path construction schedule and analyzes this path and other constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend “workaround”
Integrates project team logic and sequencing into the project schedule
Memorializes the historical timeline of the project
Prepares draft schedules for review and approval
Develops and updates weekly short interval schedule based on project team input
Alerts project team of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules and client relations
Advises project team of potential activities that can be scheduled to enhance the project delivery and recommends alternate ways to push activities back to better manage resources
