Accelion is seeking an Area Manager of Verizon MDU covering our Tampa, FL market. In this position, you will be responsible for building, managing, and leading a sales team, developing sales and marketing plans, and ensuring client satisfaction to achieve sales objectives.

Responsibilities

Devising and implementing sales and marketing campaigns

Interviewing, on-boarding, and training new Territory Managers

Providing continual in-field training, and supervision

Managing team to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

Organizing and coordinating team schedules and setting performance expectations

Working in different locations with varying schedules depending on business needs, including evenings and weekends

Building, maintaining, and creating strong customer and stakeholder relationships to generate sales and maintaining referral pipelines

Ensure that all operations are compliant with company and client guidelines/protocols

Collecting and analyzing data to measure quality and quantity of sales; forecasting results and making informed decisions for improvement

Establishing and overseeing internal company sales and marketing budgets

Explaining and vindicating sales and marketing plans to internal and external clients and stakeholders

Required

Must have proven results managing a sales team to consistently achieve company targets and objectives

Must be willing to travel (up to 50%) and perform overnight market visits as dictated by business needs

Must reside in-market (Tampa Bay / Clearwater / St Petersburg area) as of date of hire
