The Business Applications Intern will support data analysis, participate in low-code development, and assist in the configuration and maintenance of business applications.

Responsibilities
Support data analysis and visualization tasks using Power BI
Participate in low-code development using Power Apps
Development and maintenance of RPA workflows to automate business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and Document processes, configurations, and user guides for internal use
Learn and apply best practices in system administration, data integrity, and security
Contribute to testing and deployment activities for new features and enhancements
Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce and Microsoft ERP systems
Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation and AI relevant to business applications
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Basic understanding or coursework in automation tools, AI technologies, or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript); hands-on experience is a plus but not required
Strong interest in learning Salesforce, ERP systems, and Microsoft Power Platform (including Power BI and RPA)
Good analytical thinking and a willingness to solve problems through technology
Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
A team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to collaborate and learn from others
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
