The Game Narrative Designer / Prompt Writer will be responsible for designing prompts and rules that enhance player engagement and emotional connection during gameplay.

Responsibilities
Writing and refining conversation cards and prompts
Shaping how questions escalate, shift, or soften over time
Helping us design rules that create tension, choice, and release
Making sure prompts feel human, safe, and fun to answer
Testing cards to see what sparks laughter, reflection, or real talk
Qualification
Required
Strong instincts for storytelling and tone
Understanding of how people think and react in group settings
Ability to think beyond one good question and design systems of questions
Preferred
Experience in writing, game design, psychology, education, or UX
Worked on games, interactive stories, or conversation-based experiences
Designed prompts, questions, or reflective tools before
Interest in how rules shape behavior and emotion
