Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting garage door systems
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Ensuring proper cable installation
Maintaining high standards of customer service
Direct interaction with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products and services
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience
Experience or ability in cabling and related technical work
Dedication to customer satisfaction and a track record of meeting or exceeding client expectations
Physical capability to lift and handle garage door components safely
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Previous experience in garage door installation or a similar technical trade is a plus
