0+ years expSTORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a team oriented Investment Analyst to join their Credit Underwriting team. The role involves reviewing and analyzing tenant financial statements for STORE’s existing portfolio and supporting the underwriting of new transactions.

Responsibilities
Support efforts to underwrite, negotiate and manage single-tenant-net-lease exposure across the United States, which includes the preparation of detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials to Senior Management
Analysis of property level and corporate financial statements for STORE’s existing customers as well as potential acquisitions
Form and communicate investment theses as well as strategies to mitigate any risks across tenants and industries
Work closely with Acquisitions, Real Estate, Special Servicing and Accounting teams
Perform other duties and projects assigned by Senior Vice President, Credit Underwriting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Finance, and or related area required
0–3 years of relevant work experience in commercial real estate, banking, or a related area; at least 1 year of credit analysis preferred
Familiarity with financial statement analysis, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
Strong ability to critically evaluate financial data and determine the creditworthiness of a company as a tenant
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and a strong work ethic
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
Preferred
at least 1 year of credit analysis preferred
