Open and maintain client accounts and profiles
Process day-to-day banking transactions and applications
Cross-sell relevant banking products and services
Take, process, and book loan applications
Analyse client financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Refer clients to specialist teams where needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year experience in client relationship management, banking, or a similar role
NMLS registration or ability to obtain
Strong customer service and advisory mindset
Ability to analyse financial data and identify suitable solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
