Business Account Executive - Southwestern Pennsylvania
Omni Fiber is a new internet service provider looking for a Business Account Executive to represent the company in Southwestern Pennsylvania. The role involves increasing the customer base through face-to-face sales presentations and community engagement, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed a monthly sales quota by selling door-to-door to commercial customers promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services in assigned territories/communities
Perform duties and responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner in order to promote teamwork, a positive work environment, and to achieve company-initiated goals and projects
Outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospects and existing customers to sell new services and recommend product upgrades
Participate in activities that promote Omni Fiber Products and Services, i.e., trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during business and non-business hours (with some evenings and weekends) to generate leads and sales
Work cross-functional with all Omni Fiber team members to ensure an unparalleled customer journey
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
1+ years of small/medium business sales cycle experience
Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state required auto insurance policy
Ability to overcome objections and accept rejection
Proficient in computer usage with good typing skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Handles constructive criticism and works well under the direction of others in a goal-based management system
Preferred
Experience working for an ISP, Telecom provider, or other direct-to-consumer industries preferred
Demonstrated experience with Salesforce or other lead management software preferred
