Responsibilities
Build pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and networking
Qualify prospects and uncover real operational problems
Learn BabyBots’ solutions and communicate their business value clearly
Translate technical capabilities into business outcomes (efficiency, automation, cost reduction, scale)
Support discovery calls and early-stage solution conversations
Partner with delivery teams to scope opportunities and shape solutions
Manage opportunities from first contact through close
Help shape messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
Provide market feedback to leadership and delivery teams
Qualification
Required
2-5 years experience in B2B sales, consulting, services, or technology roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
Self-starter mentality
Ability to learn complex offerings and communicate them simply
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Preferred
Experience with consulting, services, SaaS, or technical sales
Familiarity with automation, AI, cloud, data, or digital transformation
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
