Responsibilities
Serve as the trusted day-to-day contact for program managers, CORs, and contracting officers on active contracts
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction, surface concerns early, and understand evolving mission needs
Build relationships beyond your immediate buyers—map the broader stakeholder landscape and cultivate champions across the customer organization
Coordinate with the delivery/dev team to resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed
Qualification
Required
Experience in customer relationship management
Ability to conduct regular check-ins with customers
Skills in building relationships with stakeholders
Experience in coordinating with delivery teams
Strong communication skills
Ability to assess customer satisfaction and surface concerns
Understanding of evolving mission needs in defense contracting
