Senior Channel Sales Manager
Elevate Talent Advisors LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Channel Sales to develop and grow business opportunities across various channel segments. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and profitability by managing broker relationships and executing customer-specific go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day selling activities across an assigned customer base, coordinating internal resources as needed
Manage and develop broker relationships to support channel growth
Build and maintain a comprehensive target list for Channel Sales, with emphasis on:
Dollar Stores
Drug
Sporting Goods
DIY & Home Improvement
Drive overall sales, growth, and profitability objectives across assigned channels
Develop and execute customer-specific go-to-market plans
Create and deliver targeted, customer-specific presentations to support business growth
Travel to customer locations for sales calls approximately 40–50% of the time
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of channel-based selling and distribution models
Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies by customer
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation expertise
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
