Responsibilities
Develop category strategies covering rules/policies, supply health, product structure, and competitive positioning
Drive category marketing and user growth strategies across LIVE, short videos, and affiliate
Lead external partnerships with grading firms, authentication providers, major dealers, and resale ecosystem partners
Work cross-functionally with Product, Ops, GNE, Risk, and Marketing to deliver category roadmap and solve structural bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
1+ years in strategy, category management, marketplace operations, or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to build frameworks and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with authentication, grading, condition attributes, and resale workflows is a plus
Experience in collectibles, luxury resale, or high-value secondary markets preferred
