Solutions Consultant - B2B Uncapped Commissions
Lineage is a company committed to making a difference in the lives of their employees and communities. They are seeking a Solutions Consultant who will drive new business development and deliver strategic solutions to improve clients' workflows and operations.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success
Manage and grow a productive sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasts
Deliver tailored software, hardware, and outsourcing solutions to meet customer needs
Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and manage accounts
Execute the A2D4 Sales Process, from research to solution delivery
Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven B2B sales experience (preferred)
Experience in mail/document solutions, CRM tools, and business process improvement is a plus
Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
Ability to assess, enhance, and optimize business processes
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
