Human Resources Payroll Coordinator
Right Choice Resources is seeking a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator to partner with HR and Finance for accurate payroll processing and compliance. This role involves managing employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits coordination, ensuring organized and compliant operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Administer biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule
Review and reconcile employee hours, pay rates, deductions, and adjustments
Ensure adherence to state and federal labor laws as well as internal compliance requirements
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding tasks, including payroll setup and documentation
Manage benefit changes, new enrollments, and terminations in collaboration with HR
Maintain complete and confidential employee and payroll records
Perform periodic internal audits and prepare required compliance reporting
Address employee payroll and HR questions with professionalism and discretion
Work with the HR and Payroll Manager to enhance system processes and documentation
Assist with policy updates, forms, and HR initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
1 or more years of payroll or HR administrative experience
Strong accuracy, organization, and confidentiality standards
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of current payroll and employment regulations
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Experience with iSolved or similar HRIS/payroll software
Familiarity with onboarding, offboarding, and HR data management
