Responsibilities
Conduct thorough investigations and respond to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and incident reports
Partners with employees and management to communicate various resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations
Conduct the on-boarding process and off-boarding process
Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding workplace policies and practices, legal interpretations, and HR initiatives under leadership of HR Manager
Analyze key metric reports such as performance management, turnover, and compensation for trends and make recommendations based on those trends
Consolidate exit interview data from third party vendor, analyzes data, and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action
Provide support in processes and initiatives including employee relations, compensation, talent development, employee engagement and change management
Support human resources compliance across the company and ensure standardization and consistency of human resources practices and policies and continuous improvement
Represent organization during unemployment claims
Maintains compliance with all PTL policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in human resources
Ability to communicate verbally and written in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
Problem solving skills for internal and external conflicts
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Detail oriented and able to multi-task
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and Workday
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related field preferred
