Responsibilities
Serve as the primary QA interface for cross-functional project teams and external partners
Support and advise on quality and process-related issues across multiple projects
Coordinate and prepare responses to customer RFIs and proposal/marketing activities
Develop, maintain, and apply project quality requirements traceability matrices
Manage first-of-a-kind project issues and ensure QA activities are accurately integrated into project plans
Identify, escalate, and resolve quality-related challenges and project risks
Provide direction to QA leads, supervisors, and supporting quality personnel
Develop and maintain QA procedures, workflows, and process improvements
Support risk assessments, mitigation planning, and project reviews
Perform additional project and QA duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field
Minimum 8 years of Quality Assurance experience in the commercial nuclear industry
Strong working knowledge of ASME NQA-1
Strong working knowledge of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B
Strong working knowledge of 10 CFR 21
Experience serving as QA lead on large, complex projects
Experience developing requirement traceability matrices
Strong communication, technical writing, organization, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ASME BPVC Section III, Division 1
Must be eligible to work under DOE 10 CFR Part 810
Preferred
ISO 9001 or international QA standard experience strongly preferred
