Client Development Manager
Teal Energi is a technical manpower provider specializing in the energy sector, seeking a Client Development Manager to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. The role involves managing recruitment processes and developing tailored recruitment solutions for existing and new clients.

Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, secure new business, and drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide recruitment solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying, and placing candidates for both contract and direct hire roles
Leverage industry knowledge to align recruitment strategies with market trends and client needs
Build and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to actively engage top talent and sustain a high-quality candidate network
Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other reporting tools to track open positions, manage submissions, and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient service delivery
Accountable for achieving weekly KPIs set by management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, account management, and business development within the staffing & recruitment sector
Extensive experience and a proven track record of success in staffing & recruitment within the energy sector are required
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple priorities
Commercial awareness of various staffing sector pricing models
Adaptability to shifting client needs and market conditions in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and optimize outcomes
Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Team player who collaborates effectively in a small, dynamic team
Ability to partner and develop strong business relationships
Strong industry knowledge, including trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
