Responsibilities

Establish and oversee a program management framework that supports Medtronic’s innovation, growth, and profitability objectives
Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, introducing new tools, and continuously improving efficiency and consistency
Build strong relationships with global stakeholders to secure alignment and ownership of strategies and initiatives
Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and innovation

Required

Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in Planning, Distribution, Transportation, Trade Compliance, or Supply Chain Systems; OR an advanced degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
10+ years of managerial experience
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in a world-class supply chain organization, with a focus on operational excellence
Global enterprise experience, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and managing successful change initiatives
Expertise in SAP ERP systems and Supply Chain Management Applications
Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably medical devices, with global manufacturing
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with a results-oriented mindset
Proven ability to manage departmental budgets and execute strategic plans
Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
