Provide on-site and remote support to assure safe, quality resident care and compliance with all local, State and Federal regulations and Harmony Senior Services policies and standards
Provide training and education to team members as needed
Support the quality improvement activities of the assigned communities
Qualification
Required
Residence in the state of Virginia
Current valid and unencumbered RN license to practice in all states within the region
Five (5) years of nursing leadership experience in a multi-site senior living organization
