Evaluate and analyze risks for commercial insurance applications
Determine appropriate coverage and rates
Ensure adherence to company standards
Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements effectively
Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills essential for evaluating risk and making data-driven decisions
Comprehensive knowledge of Underwriting principles and practices
Solid understanding of Insurance and Finance concepts, particularly related to commercial insurance
Experience in financial products and excess workers' compensation
Technical evaluation of coverage structures, limits, and retentions
Coordination, submissions, and market negotiations
Technical support for claims-related coverage interpretation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and manage time effectively
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Certifications such as CPCU or other industry designations are a plus
