Coordinate multi-company events, ensuring seamless planning, communication, and execution
Manage company marketing gear, including ordering, inventory, and distribution
Assist with the coordination of marketing target areas and the marketing calendar, supporting strategic outreach efforts
Oversee company online marketing platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
Meet and collaborate with multiple company manufacturers to support marketing initiatives and partnerships
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and creative
Proactive and detail‐oriented
Comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external partners
Coordinate multi-company events, ensuring seamless planning, communication, and execution
Manage company marketing gear, including ordering, inventory, and distribution
Assist with the coordination of marketing target areas and the marketing calendar, supporting strategic outreach efforts
Oversee company online marketing platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
Meet and collaborate with multiple company manufacturers to support marketing initiatives and partnerships
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong communication and project‐management skills
Familiarity with social media management and content creation
Ability to multitask across multiple brands or business units
Comfortable working with external vendors or manufacturing partners
