Business Development Manager
Forward Progress Staffing is supporting a confidential search for a Business Development Manager to bring a high-growth immersive technology platform to market. This role focuses on Real Estate and Architecture buyers, engaging with stakeholders and leading pilots to translate workflows into market use cases.
Responsibilities
Own targeted outbound prospecting and pipeline development across Real Estate and Architecture accounts
Lead pilots/POCs: define success criteria, manage multi-stakeholder environments, and convert insights into scalable GTM use cases
Engage senior stakeholders (CTOs, Chief Architects, innovation and digital leaders) and coordinate internal technical experts
Build relationships with technology partners and system integrators to support co-sell and ecosystem motion
Capture structured market feedback and translate requirements into actionable input for Product and Engineering
Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and reporting across pipeline, pilots, partners, and learnings
Qualification
Required
8+ years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales within Real Estate, Architecture, AECO, PropTech, or adjacent enterprise platforms
Proven experience running pilots/POCs and converting them into repeatable GTM motions
Strong technical fluency and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience navigating long sales cycles, consensus-driven buying, and complex stakeholder maps
Highly organized, reliable follow-through, and comfortable operating in pre-launch environments
Preferred
Experience selling 3D, visualization, digital twin, or workflow platforms
Unity, Unreal, AR/VR, or spatial computing exposure
Partner- or SI-led sales experience
