Responsibilities

Supporting and assisting in managing assigned applications within Temple Health
Participates in application projects, helping to meet project deadlines and goals, and learning the development of new features
Involves testing and implanting vendor releases and system upgrades and assisting in resolving system issues
Provide basic technical and functional application analysis
Help define system requirements and assists in developing logical data models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to learn about system functionality and assist in configuring new features to increase user productivity within the application

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1 year experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently Required
General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language Required

General Experience in Healthcare IT Preferred
