Review loan applications and pipeline requests for accuracy and adherence to service timelines and credit union standards
Ensure loan documents are accurate, complete, and comply with credit union policies
Create and organize electronic loan folders and checklists
Maintain On-base folders and digital filing systems
Assist with monthly reporting related to lending and community engagement activities
Support community engagement projects and events, including managing the community engagement calendar
Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan management software preferred
Interest or experience in community outreach and engagement is a plus
