Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Go
Build scalable, high-performance, and secure data management solutions with MongoDB
Build and optimize RESTful APIs to integrate with ML models and external systems
Collaborate with data scientists and front-end developers to create end-to-end AI-powered applications
Implement best practices: clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Apply algorithms, data structures, and CS principles to optimize back-end performance
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for scalability and reliability
Ensure security and integrity of back-end systems and data
Stay current with back-end technologies and ML integration
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in Go for back-end development (all experience levels welcome)
Strong experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and CS principles
Experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs
Strong problem-solving skills, solid software engineering foundation, and ability to write efficient, scalable code
Knowledge of version control tools like Git
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
