Customer Service Manager
Swoon is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead customer service operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves end-to-end order execution, customer communication, and developing a strong customer service team while collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end order execution and customer communication
Serve as the primary escalation point for service and delivery issues
Lead and develop a customer service team
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Manufacturing, Planning, Pricing, and Logistics
Own customer service systems and KPIs (SAP-based tools, Excel, ticketing systems)
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and customer experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of customer service or operations leadership in manufacturing
SAP order management experience and strong Excel skills
Proven people leadership and cross-functional communication skills
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
