Responsibilities
Recruit for skilled and technical roles including electricians, drafters, machinists, maintenance technicians, production and manufacturing talent, and engineering technicians
Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
Execute high-volume outreach and pipeline development using job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
Screen and qualify candidates for technical skills, reliability, and culture fit that aligns with our client’s needs
Qualification
Required
Proven success in high-volume or agency recruiting environments
Experience recruiting skilled trades, engineering, and manufacturing skillsets
Strong relationship-building, sourcing, and follow-up skills
Grit, resilience, and a competitive mindset with consistent execution
Solution-oriented approach and no complaining attitude
Ability to manage multiple positions while providing an excellent candidate experience
