Responsibilities
Conducting thorough research and analysis of legal documents and cases
Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and agreements
Organizing and maintaining legal files and records to ensure easy accessibility
Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and court proceedings
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court officials to gather information and clarify details
Managing and coordinating schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of legal tasks
Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies and best practices
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and documentation
Excellent research and analytical skills
Proficient in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Certification from an accredited paralegal program is preferred
