Founding Enterprise Account Executive -EMEA
Theron Solutions is looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales efforts in the EMEA region. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and building a scalable sales process and team as the company grows.
Responsibilities
Own the Sales Process : Manage the entire sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, demo, proposal, and negotiation
Drive Revenue: Work with the founders to help hit revenue goals
Customer Feedback Loop : Collaborate with product and engineering by sharing insights from customer conversations
Build Repeatable Processes : Establish repeatable sales processes that will scale as the company grows
Build the Sales Team: As we grow, you will also be responsible for building the future sales team by helping define KPIs, hiring criteria, and culture
Qualification
Required
Prior experience selling into the EMEA region from the US
Experience in selling DevTools products, ideally open source DevTools (e.g. gitlab, datadog, etc.) to large companies (>1k+ employees)
4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or tech startups, with a focus on enterprise or large company deals
Reached a Senior or Enterprise Account Executive level (3+ years as an AE). Working on complex deals and contract negotiation with large stakeholders
Experience as a first / early Sales hire at an early-stage company, ideally as it scaled rapidly
Ability to sell technical/SaaS products to engineering managers/developers (e.g. Docker, Amplitude, AI/LLM related products)
Able to work ~50 hours / week, including early mornings to cover EMEA time zones
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Looking for top performers or President's Club
