National Sales Director
Cerius Executives is seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead sales and growth for their family-owned value-added technical textile products across the US market. This role will focus on driving revenue, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding market share in key industry verticals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market penetration
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (direct and/or regional reps) focused on technical B2B sales
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with key accounts and OEMs
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with major customers in target industries
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Travel extensively (up to 50-70%) to engage with customers and prospects nationwide
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in technical textiles, engineered materials, composites, or related B2B industrial products
Deep understanding of value-added technical textiles and their applications in demanding industrial environments
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
