Responsibilities

Drive full-cycle business development, from identifying and qualifying high-value leads to closing deals and building long-term partnerships
Cold call key potential new business clients daily
Minimum 10 calls per day, 2 appointments booked per day to meet Mark Jupiter
Develop and maintain relationships with designers, contractors, and other industry professionals to expand market presence
Represent luxury, system-based approach confidently to sophisticated clients and partners
Manage day-to-day showroom operations and maintaining operational workflows and standards
Prepare IG monthly calendar, Youtube account management, and social media management with Founder
Responsible for pricing with Founder
Develop pricing models, organize min 2 weekly meetings to review all projects pre-bid
Develop MJ product portfolio for ongoing business sales
Coordinate with Founder to plan, organize and attend top market industry shows and attendance to meet new and existing clients
Ensure the showroom environment consistently reflects the brand and delivers a world-class client experience
Guide clients through design philosophy and product offerings with professionalism and discretion
Collaborate closely with internal teams across design, and operations to support continuous improvement and innovation
Provide feedback to inform product development and operational enhancements

Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to build and manage a personal pipeline and close self-sourced deals
Excellent understanding of project timelines, resource planning, and operational workflows
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for interpreting financial data and invoices
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and strong written communication skills for drafting emails and reports
Proficient in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube)
Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to engage architects, designers, and creative professionals
Strategic thinker with a business mindset; comfortable overseeing high-level operations
Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a longterm growth mindset
