Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and negotiate agreements
Proficiency in research and marketing strategies for identifying and advertising properties
Highly organized with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
A strong work ethic and self-motivation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Massachusetts real estate license or willingness to obtain one (training will be provided)
Preferred
Familiarity with the Boston real estate market is a plus but not required; willingness to learn and adapt to market dynamics
Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is beneficial but not mandatory
