Adhere to company policies, procedures
Maintain the highest standards for quality workmanship, Safety and Housekeeping
Responsible for Customer RFQ, review technical requirements, Quality requirements and Compliance to ensure quoting meeting customer requirements and expectations including Mineral Conflicts, NAFTA…
Responsible for reviewing Bill of Materials (BOM), Gerber (CAD) and other drawings to meet quoting required format, process labor quoting and tooling required to complete NRE cost
Responsible for reviewing and monitoring ECN flow and implementation
Responsible for Sales performance (KPI) and Objectives regarding to Sales activities and cost effectiveness
Review and prepare quotations to submit to customers, including quote follow up
Responsible for Customer Focus to ensure customer satisfaction and identify Sales opportunities
Conduct weekly and monthly Sales Review Meeting
Responsible to manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and reporting to customers
Assists Manufacturing in specifying tools and equipment required to perform manufacturing tasks efficiently of new projects
Some travels required
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronics or Computer Engineering
5 years of Sales/Engineering experience in Manufacturing environment
Excel intermediate level
Stand-up presentation
Coordinate sales projects
Strong managerial, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to develop skills and management potential of subordinates
Budgeting, proposal preparation, financial justification and negotiation
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
