Responsibilities
Manage the full real estate transaction lifecycle from executed contract through close of escrow
Ensure all files are compliant with DRE, MLS, broker, and internal standards
Prepare and review transaction files, disclosures, broker demands, invoices, and compliance reports
Track and manage all critical deadlines and contingencies
Coordinate with escrow, title, lenders, agents, and clients to resolve issues proactively
Support agents by ensuring documents are complete, submitted on time, and properly executed
Train and support agents on transaction procedures, compliance requirements, and company systems
Serve as a point of accountability for file quality and transaction timelines
Qualification
Required
Active California real estate license
Prior transaction coordination experience managing files from contract to close
Strong understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and deadline management
Ability to independently manage multiple active files
Clear, professional communication skills
Preferred
Experience working with a real estate team or brokerage
Familiarity with transaction management and compliance software
Prior experience supporting or training agents on transaction processes
