Law Practice
Responsibilities
Provide paralegal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence coordination, closing checklists, and post-closing filings
Manage and maintain entities formed in Delaware and qualified to do business in Texas, as well as entities nationwide
Handle annual filings, compliance tracking, and registered agent renewals
Update and maintain Operating Agreements, resolutions, written consents, ownership ledgers, and minute books
Reorganize and maintain structured, audit-ready corporate document files
Track deadlines and support ongoing corporate governance and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a Corporate Paralegal in a law firm or transactional environment
Strong background in mergers and acquisitions support
Demonstrated experience managing multi-state entities, with a Delaware and Texas emphasis
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S
