They are seeking a Facebook Growth & Monetization Manager to take ownership of their Facebook growth channel, managing inbound leads and driving revenue through strategic conversations and engagement.

Responsibilities
Own the Facebook inbound ecosystem end-to-end: comments, DMs, and lead flow from viral content
Manage a high-volume Facebook inbox with speed, clarity, and personalization
Proactively pull interested commenters into DMs and guide conversations forward
Qualify and nurture inbound leads by assessing readiness, fit, and budget alignment
Move qualified leads into booked sales calls and ensure clean handoffs to closers
Track follow-ups, booked calls, and disqualified leads with strong organization
Help launch and manage a free Facebook Group to deepen trust and nurture leads
Identify patterns in conversations, objections, and conversion behavior
Share insights and recommendations to improve messaging, flow, and systems
Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Operations to improve conversion outcomes
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in growth, sales support, community, or monetization roles
Proven experience converting inbound leads into booked calls or sales
Experience supporting high-ticket offers (coaching, consulting, professional services)
Strong understanding of funnels and buyer psychology
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
Experience working closely with sales teams or revenue functions
Preferred
Experience with Facebook Groups and community-driven funnels
Background in coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tagging, or sales pipelines
Experience working in fast-growth startups or founder-led companies
