Customer Service Representative
AirCaps is a startup focused on enhancing in-person conversations with AI assistance through innovative technology. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support users in high-stakes situations, providing troubleshooting assistance and insights to improve the product experience.
Responsibilities
Be on the front lines supporting users via email, phone calls, and video calls
Help customers troubleshoot real-time issues with hardware, software, and AI features
Support users across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
Identify recurring issues, edge cases, and product gaps, and communicate them clearly to engineering and product
Work closely with founders and the core team to improve onboarding, documentation, and the overall customer experience
Build deep empathy for how AirCaps fits into users’ daily lives
Qualification
Required
You genuinely enjoy helping people, especially when the product really matters
You're calm, thoughtful, and articulate under pressure
You love learning how complex products work and explaining them simply
You're proactive: you don't just solve the immediate problem, you look for the root cause
You're excited to be early at a company that could define a new category
Strong English communication skills required
Native-level Japanese OR Korean required
Preferred
Native-level fluency in both Japanese AND Korean is a huge plus
