Executive Administrative Assistant
Delta Dallas is a private equity backed organization seeking a highly capable Junior Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role offers hands-on exposure to executive decision-making and is ideal for an experienced administrative professional ready to grow into a full Executive Assistant partnership role.
Responsibilities
Support the CEO with calendar management, scheduling, and logistics
Coordinate meetings and communications with senior leaders and stakeholders
Assist with preparation of executive presentations and materials
Track action items and support follow through on priorities
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Coordinate travel and executive logistics
Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or junior EA role
Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and professional presence
Thrives at being a top performer
Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
