They are seeking Revit professionals to support an ongoing program to modernize building documentation by converting legacy CAD files to a Revit-based BIM environment.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain 3D Revit models
Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files to LOD 300+ Revit models
Integrate LIDAR point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data
Support Revit template creation and BIM workflows
Conduct model QA/QC
Maintain model metadata and version control
Coordinate with GIS, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders
Participate in BIM meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
Index drawings and models into a secure project data repository
Perform file conversions and ensure records compliance
Respond to service requests
Provide visual deliverables to support planning and project execution
Assist with training on BIM standards and tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Revit experience (AEC, facilities, construction, or related field)
Proficient with Autodesk Revit (3D modeling, families)
Familiar with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and COBie
Experience with point clouds is a plus
Autodesk Revit
ArcGIS (basic a plus)
Bluebeam Revu
Adobe Acrobat
Microsoft SharePoint & Office Suite
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to pass background screening
On-site work: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
