Cutting Edge Tree Professionals is seeking an Arborist Sales Representative who will serve as the primary connection between the company and its clients. This role is crucial for the company's growth, focusing on customer interactions, sales conversion, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

Meeting with customers to discuss their tree projects

Taking residential customer leads and converting them into sales

Managing relationships with your customers

Daily Warm Calls (ie. follow-ups with past customers, outstanding proposals, etc)

Sales training/Sales meetings participation (weekly, monthly)

Daily tracking of sales activity

Project managing for your customer’s projects

Networking

Assisting with government bids

Assisting with commercial/HOA accounts

Anything else your Sales Manager needs help with

Required

Experience in sales, specifically in the arborist or related industry

Strong communication skills to effectively meet with customers and discuss their tree projects

Ability to convert residential customer leads into sales

Experience in managing customer relationships

Willingness to make daily warm calls for follow-ups

Participation in sales training and meetings on a weekly and monthly basis

Ability to track sales activity daily

Experience in project management for customer projects

Networking skills to build and maintain professional relationships

Ability to assist with government bids and commercial/HOA accounts

Flexibility to work Monday-Friday from 6AM-5PM and be on-call for emergencies or odd hours

Willingness to work some Saturdays and Sundays for business development events, training events, and emergency visits
