LHH is partnering with a client in the Fort Worth, Texas area to hire a Marketing Manager for a full‑time, onsite role. The ideal candidate will elevate brand presence and strengthen audience engagement within the agricultural space.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) to expand brand visibility and foster community engagement
Produce compelling, high‑quality content—such as graphics, videos, posts, and articles—tailored for digital channels and audiences within the agricultural sector
Craft polished blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and additional marketing materials that reflect the brand voice and support broader marketing objectives
Lead the creation and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
Monitor performance metrics, evaluate digital marketing results, and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI
Work closely with internal teams, outside vendors, and key partners to support ongoing marketing initiatives and organizational goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related discipline

Background in the agriculture industry or a related field (e.g., western lifestyle, ranching, sports industries)
Exceptional writing and editing abilities with strong attention to detail
Proven success managing and executing marketing campaigns
Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, TX
