Founding GTM Account Executive
Flexbone is building the AI agent platform for healthcare operations, aiming to streamline administrative tasks in healthcare facilities. The Founding GTM Account Executive will own the full sales cycle and help shape the go-to-market strategy while building the necessary infrastructure for scaling the business.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals, creative tactics)
Deliver compelling demos tailored to specific workflows and buyer personas
Build business cases that quantify ROI in terms the buyer cares about (FTEs saved, denials reduced, time to care)
Manage procurement, security reviews, and contracting through to signature
Help identify and validate our ideal customer profile — we work across payor, provider, and pharma, but we need you to pressure-test where we win fastest and biggest
Document what messaging lands, what objections come up, and what drives urgency
Build and refine our sales process: stages, qualification criteria, handoff points, tooling
Create the collateral we need to win — decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards
Develop repeatable sequences and cadences for outbound that we can eventually hand off to SDRs
Qualification
Required
Proven sales expertise, account management, and client relationship management skills
Experience in solution selling, market research, and presenting value-driven propositions
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience in B2B sales — enough that you understand what a full sales cycle looks like and have closed real deals. This could be 2 years or 10 years; what matters is that you've done the work, not how long you've been doing it
Strong prospecting skills. You know how to generate your own pipeline and don't rely on inbound to hit quota
Excellent communication — written and verbal. You can write a cold email that gets replies, run a discovery call that surfaces real pain, and present to a room of skeptical executives
Comfort with ambiguity. You've either been early at a company before, or you've operated in an environment where you had to figure things out without clear direction
Bias toward action. You don't wait for permission
