Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education
Active Special Education Teacher license
Minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience
Valid Massachusetts Special Education License
Experience with special education students across multiple grade levels (K-12)
Ability to manage diverse caseloads and classroom types
Strong instructional and behavioral management skills
Commitment to student-centered approaches and individualized education plans (IEPs)
