Responsibilities
Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET/CT and theranostics
Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment with QA/QC procedures
Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and assessing tolerance
Follow all infection control, aseptic techniques, and radiation safety protocols
Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Manage imaging documentation and support accurate clinical reporting
Provide training and mentorship to new staff and students as needed
Participate in on-call rotations as required
Qualification
Required
Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N)
Minimum of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience
BLS certification (AHA)
Strong knowledge of radiation safety and aseptic techniques
Ability to perform independently with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records and imaging systems
