Responsibilities
Administer therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory procedures
Monitor and assess patient respiratory status
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
Operate and maintain respiratory equipment
Educate patients and families on respiratory care and use of equipment
Qualification
Required
Active Respiratory Therapist license
2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience
Registered Respiratory Therapist with valid Wisconsin state license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in respiratory therapy
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NBRC (National Board for Respiratory Care) credentials required
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
