Responsibilities
Perform quality control on nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring consistent operational excellence
Collaborate with physicians to determine and conduct appropriate imaging procedures
Accurately document all laboratory operations, including radioactive material handling and patient procedures
Exercise sound judgment to comply with established examination guidelines
Identify process improvements to enhance internal and external customer satisfaction
Provide clinical education to Radiology students and residents
Stay updated on advances in nuclear medicine through ongoing education and professional involvement

Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Qualification
Required
Must be a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB or hold Nuclear Medicine certification ARRT(N)
Minimum of 1+ years Nuclear Medicine experience
Proven expertise in nuclear medicine imaging and equipment management
Strong ability to interpret physician orders and conduct exams with accuracy
Experience in quality control and documentation within a clinical setting
Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Knowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare policies and regulations
