Responsibilities
Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with established protocols
Maintain compliance with MQSA and ACR guidelines to ensure quality and safety
Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities related to mammography procedures
Assist with DEXA bone density testing as needed
Utilize imaging equipment including Fuji devices, with training provided if necessary
Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver excellent patient care
Qualification
Required
Degree in Radiologic Technology
Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification)
Minimum 1+ years Imaging experience
ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography certification (ARRT (R)(M))
Minimum of one year experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography
Basic knowledge of MQSA, ACR guidelines, mammography quality control, and DEXA bone density testing
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and staff
Preferred
Locally based candidates are preferred due to the nature of the temp-to-perm arrangement
