Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, illustrations, and specifications to determine layouts
Align and fit structural assemblies manually
Assemble prefabricated parts to form subassemblies
Assemble, install, connect parts, fittings, and assemblies on equipment, using layout tools, hand tools, power tools, and fasteners such as bolts, screws, rivets, and clamps
Cut, trim, file, bend, and smooth parts, and verify sizes and fitting tolerances to ensure proper fit and clearance of parts
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Must Have electical sub assembly experience
Control Panel and circuit board assembly experience needed
Using tesing equipment-calipers, micrmeters
Abiltiy to lift 50lbs
Abiltiy to tear down and rebuild some machines if necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
1 year of work experience as an electrical and mechanical skill set
Must have electrical sub assembly experience
Control Panel and circuit board assembly experience needed
Using testing equipment - calipers, micrometers
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to tear down and rebuild some machines if necessary
Must be willing to work in fast paced environment with tight timelines
Must be willing to do overnight or 2 day travels (Indiana, South Carolina, Raleigh)
